Who we are

What personal data we collect

• Name and email address (required for the wellness quiz)
• Phone number (optional)
• Quiz responses (mood, goals, environment preferences)
• Quiz match results
• Technical data at submission: IP address and browser user-agent (for consent records)

Why we collect your data

We collect and use personal data for these purposes:

• Quiz service (required): Process your responses, generate personalized wellness listing matches, and display your results.
• Marketing email (optional): Send you promotional emails about retreats, spas, and related wellness offers — only if you opt in.
• Marketing SMS/WhatsApp (optional): Send you promotional messages to your phone number — only if you provide a phone number and opt in separately.
• Improvement and security: Operate, protect, and improve our website and quiz experience.

We obtain your consent before collecting personal data for the quiz, and separate consent for each marketing channel. Marketing consent is never required to complete the quiz or view your matches. Your name and email address are required to run the quiz; without them you cannot receive your wellness matches. Your phone number and marketing opt-ins are optional and will not affect your quiz results.

How long we keep your data

We keep one contact record per email address. Each time you take the quiz, we store a separate submission record with your answers and consent choices for that attempt.

Submission records are retained for up to 24 months from the date of that quiz attempt, unless you withdraw consent earlier or we no longer need the data for the purposes collected. After that period, we delete or anonymize expired submissions. If you have no remaining submissions, your contact record is removed.

Who we share data with

We may share personal data with:

• FILL CLOUD HOSTING PROVIDER NAME HERE (cloud hosting and database)
• FILL EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDER NAME HERE (email and messaging, opted-in marketing only)
• Professional advisers where required by law

We do not sell your personal data.

Cross-border transfer

Your data may be stored or processed on servers located outside Singapore, including in FILL HOSTING COUNTRY OR REGION HERE. We take reasonable steps to ensure that recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Do Not Call (DNC) Registry

If you opt in to marketing SMS or WhatsApp messages to a Singapore telephone number, we will check the PDPC Do Not Call Registry before sending marketing messages, unless we have your clear and documented consent to contact you on that number for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

To exercise these rights, email reta@ateraglobal.com. We aim to respond within 10 business days. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Complaints

If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, contact us first at reta@ateraglobal.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at www.pdpc.gov.sg. If a data breach is likely to affect you significantly, we will notify you and the PDPC where required by law.
